Bio2ic met with the future users of the facility and identified user requirement specifications, to ensure the facility was built to suit the needs and requirements of the future users.

Tony and Neil also commented on the designs and provided conceptual design to meet international standards. The design was risk assessed to indentify any potential risks or problems that might arise. Then the final design was approved by Bio2ic before being delivered to the customer
